2. Cultural Program in Cologne:

With animated art films and relaxing music, the minds of participants are transported to the sea, which connects all countries. Your trip will be accompanied by odes and poetry (e.g., by R. M. Rilke, Heinrich Heine and J. W. Goethe), which will be performed between the films. The readings take place during the opening of the art exhibition and also serve as an introduction to the meditative approach of the art works.

The French poet George Sand and the Polish composer Frédéric Chopin spent the winter of 1838–39 in the northwest of this beautiful island Mallorca. In addition to many other artists, Hollywood stars and prominent dropouts, the American writer and art collector Gertrude Stein and the Spanish painter Joan Miró were also inspired by the Mallorcan landscape. Her art has been translated into the music and style of Mallorcan movies, to dream and relax to.

Mainly the small-format images of the winners are projected in large format on the wall and explained in detail to demonstrate their artistic value. Visitors can receive more information about the artists, and will also be able to contemplate and enjoy the artistic aura of the pictures alongside relaxing music. Since we want to stimulate the attentive viewing of art and its appreciation, we see ourselves as a contact service for art lovers. The exhibition can also be viewed as a market of affordable art gifts from around the world.

We have also prepared a surprise for the taste buds: visitors will receive both guidance for the mindful contemplation of wine and meditative guidance for viewing art works…
